Terms & Conditions – International Tour Packages

1. Booking Confirmation

  • A booking is considered confirmed only after receipt of the required advance payment and written confirmation from the Company.
  • Submission of the booking request does not guarantee confirmation until availability of flights, hotels, visas (if applicable), and other travel services is verified.
  • The Company reserves the right to decline any booking without assigning any reason.

2. Payment Policy

  • A minimum advance payment of 30% to 50% of the total tour cost is required to confirm the booking.
  • The balance payment must be completed at least 30 days before departure unless otherwise specified.
  • Bookings made within 30 days of departure require 100% payment at the time of booking.
  • Failure to complete payment within the stipulated period may result in automatic cancellation without prior notice.

3. Passport & Visa

  • Every traveller must possess a passport valid for at least six (6) months from the intended date of return.
  • Visa approval is solely at the discretion of the respective Embassy or Consulate.
  • The Company provides visa assistance only and does not guarantee visa approval.
  • Visa fees, embassy charges, VFS charges, courier charges, and documentation fees are non-refundable.

4. Travel Insurance

  • Comprehensive travel insurance is strongly recommended.
  • Some destinations may require mandatory travel insurance as per immigration regulations.
  • The Company shall not be responsible for any loss arising due to the absence or inadequacy of insurance coverage.

5. Tour Price

  • Tour prices are calculated based on current airfare, hotel tariffs, exchange rates, taxes, and supplier costs.
  • The Company reserves the right to revise the package cost before final payment in case of:
    • Airline fare increases
    • Currency exchange fluctuations
    • Government tax revisions
    • Fuel surcharge revisions
    • Supplier price increases

6. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation charges shall apply as follows:

  • More than 45 days before departure – Booking fee/processing charges.
  • 31–45 days before departure – 25% of the package cost.
  • 16–30 days before departure – 50% of the package cost.
  • 8–15 days before departure – 75% of the package cost.
  • Within 7 days or No Show – 100% of the package cost.

Airline tickets, visa fees, insurance, cruise bookings, and other non-refundable services will be charged as per supplier policies.

7. Refund Policy

  • Refunds, wherever applicable, will be processed within 15–30 working days after receiving all cancellation documents.
  • Refunds are subject to deductions imposed by airlines, hotels, embassies, cruise operators, transport providers, and other service partners.
  • Bank charges and payment gateway charges are non-refundable.

8. Changes by the Traveller

  • Any request for changes in travel dates, names, hotels, flights, or itinerary will be subject to availability.
  • Additional charges imposed by airlines, hotels, or other suppliers shall be borne by the traveller.

9. Changes by the Company

The Company reserves the right to modify:

  • Flight schedules
  • Hotels
  • Sightseeing
  • Transportation
  • Tour sequence

due to operational reasons, weather conditions, government regulations, airline schedule changes, force majeure events, or supplier issues. Equivalent alternatives will be provided wherever possible.

10. Hotel Policy

  • Standard international hotel check-in time is generally after 2:00 PM.
  • Standard check-out time is generally before 12:00 Noon.
  • Early check-in and late check-out are subject to hotel availability and additional charges.

11. Flight & Transportation

  • Airline schedules are subject to change without prior notice.
  • The Company is not responsible for flight delays, cancellations, missed connections, baggage delays, or denied boarding by airlines.
  • Additional expenses due to such circumstances shall be borne by the traveller unless covered by the airline or insurance.

12. Baggage

  • Baggage allowance shall be as per the respective airline’s policy.
  • Excess baggage charges shall be paid directly by the traveller.
  • The Company is not liable for loss, delay, or damage to baggage.

13. Health & Fitness

  • Travellers must ensure they are medically fit to undertake the journey.
  • Any pre-existing medical condition should be disclosed before booking.
  • The Company shall not be responsible for any medical emergency arising during the tour.

14. Traveller Responsibilities

Travellers are responsible for:

  • Carrying valid travel documents.
  • Complying with immigration, customs, and local laws.
  • Reporting on time for flights, transfers, and sightseeing.
  • Respecting local culture and regulations.

15. Package Inclusions & Exclusions

Only services specifically mentioned in the confirmed itinerary are included.

Unless expressly stated, the package does not include:

  • Personal expenses
  • Porterage
  • Laundry
  • Telephone charges
  • Tips and gratuities
  • Optional tours
  • Meals not mentioned
  • Entry tickets not specified
  • Excess baggage
  • GST, TCS, or other applicable taxes (if not included)

16. Force Majeure

The Company shall not be liable for delays, cancellations, losses, or additional expenses arising due to:

  • Natural disasters
  • Pandemic or epidemic
  • War or political unrest
  • Government restrictions
  • Civil disturbances
  • Airline operational issues
  • Airport closures
  • Weather conditions
  • Strikes
  • Acts of God

17. Limitation of Liability

The Company acts only as an intermediary between travellers and service providers including airlines, hotels, transport operators, cruise companies, and local tour operators.

The Company shall not be liable for:

  • Injury
  • Illness
  • Death
  • Loss of property
  • Theft
  • Missed flights
  • Visa refusal
  • Supplier defaults
  • Delays beyond its reasonable control

18. Photography & Marketing

Photographs or videos taken during the tour may be used by the Company for promotional purposes unless the traveller submits a written objection before the tour commencement.

19. Complaints

Any complaint regarding hotel, transport, sightseeing, or other services must be reported immediately to the tour manager or Company representative during the tour to enable prompt resolution.

Complaints raised after completion of the tour may not be entertained if the issue was not reported during travel.

20. Jurisdiction

All disputes arising from the booking shall be governed by the laws of India.

The courts located in Ernakulam, Kerala shall have exclusive jurisdiction over all legal matters arising from these Terms & Conditions. sent
